As each piece is made to order, custom commissions are non-refundable once production has begun.

All items are crafted from natural British timber, meaning variations in grain, colour, and texture are to be expected and are not considered faults.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all measurements, specifications, and details provided are accurate prior to production. Silvanus cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the client.

Once delivered, appropriate care and maintenance of the piece is the responsibility of the client. Silvanus cannot accept returns or issue refunds where issues arise due to improper care, misuse, or failure to follow aftercare guidance.

If there is a genuine issue with workmanship, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.
